1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern the use of the Sanedni app and website, published by Sanedni. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.
2. Description of the service
Sanedni is a matchmaking platform between families and specialists in child development and support. Sanedni is not a care provider and gives no medical, therapeutic or educational advice. Services are provided by the specialists, under their sole responsibility.
3. Accounts
- Families: access is free; login is by phone number.
- Specialists: sign-up is by email and subject to verification; admission remains at Sanedni's discretion.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your access confidential.
4. User commitments
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information.
- Use the service lawfully and respectfully toward other users.
- Do not misuse the platform for fraudulent, abusive or illegal purposes.
5. Verification of specialists
Sanedni takes reasonable steps to verify specialists' diplomas and accreditations. However, Sanedni cannot be held responsible for the quality, availability or outcomes of the services provided by specialists.
6. Content and reviews
Reviews and content published are the responsibility of their authors. Sanedni may moderate or remove any content that is inappropriate, unlawful or contrary to these terms.
7. Intellectual property
The "Sanedni" name, logo, mascot and all elements of the platform are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
8. Liability and health notice
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Sanedni disclaims any liability for damages arising from use of the service or from relationships formed with specialists. In an emergency, contact the relevant emergency services immediately.
9. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time. Sanedni may suspend or terminate an account in case of breach of these terms.
